Good location, walking distance to Komtar/JB Citysquare and same cafe.
Feedback:
1. The shower foam smells good, but too dilute.
2. I booked a family suite, but when we checked in, there's only half roll of toilet paper in the toilet.
3. Night time is noisy, although we stay on the 17th floor, still can hear people yelling and shouting.
Nevertheless, we will still consider this hotel in our next trip, good service.

Had been the hotel for my weekend if I were to be in JB. The best and economical if u frequent to JB. Just right in front of JBCC. Centralized to go anywhere.

Hotel location is very good, just opposite City Square shopping mall. Walking distance from Woodlands Custom. Room size just nice. Service good. Free parking.

First time staying with a child. Location is convenient and parking available. Room size is just nice, comfy bed with clean beddings. Toilet is clean with shampoo and body wash provided. Can see that maintenance of the room is provided. Hope that they would keep it up with the cleanliness and services.

Location is opposite JBCC Komtar, very convenient. There’s a convenient store next to the hotel lobby. The room is pretty big, definitely have enough space to walk around with luggage wide open. Might be abit noisy for those room that is facing the road.

Great location just opposite Komtar and the place is really clean with good food!!! Buffet breakfast. Not really big still okay as long as we’re comtable! Will stay here again next time
